Zoom Workshop: Start the Year with Healthy Healing – Umbrella Ministries

It will be an hour filled with LOVE, COMFORT, ENCOURAGEMENT and HOPE to help grieving mothers who have lost a child.
Featuring Elizabeth Stephens, Specialist in Exercise Therapy, CPT, Rehab Specialist and Health Coach.
There are not many things in this life more rewarding than being able to inspire, motivate and teach. To watch a disability lose it’s disabling edge. To see confidence soar and depression flee. To witness a ninety two year old improve the quality of her life. These are some of the reasons why I do what I do. Having to experience grief head on has given me a heart for spreading hope and facilitating healing.With my 26+ years of experience, I help others live fit and healthy lives, manage symptoms of disease, rehabilitate post injury, and avoid unnecessary drugs and Surgery.
